This has been a crucial period of the season for Watford who have played the teams around them in the relegation scrap, but of all the games this is the one which will have been highlighted as a “Must Win”.
Norwich have been very poor this season and despite a brief upturn in form when Dean Smith was appointed, any optimism has been extinguished with a run of just 2 points from their last 8 league games. They have only scored 8 times all season in the league, with just 1 scored during that 8-game run and so the obvious place to start is with a firm Both Teams to Score NO.
That is not to say that Watford are a particularly good thing either, but Claudio Ranieri’s side do at least have some creativity in their line up and they have scored nearly 3 times as many goals as Norwich. They have won their last 5 meetings with the Canaries, and it is very hard to see how they will not make that 6 in a row on current form.
