Should find this race more to his liking and Paul Townend is likely to want to take a lead if he can. Will likely have a Cheltenham target as well but may need a few pounds from the handicapper to guarantee a run. With €59,000 to the winner this is a very attractive prize for connections to aim at and it will be disappointing if he can’t go close with conditions in his favour.
