A prime example of this is Lord Baddesley, who has been left on the same mark of 123 for his 4^th placed finish in the Betfair hurdle last time. Having been settled in rear, he made sustained headway in the home straight to finish 4^th, beaten just 4-lengths. This looks to be a marked drop in grade and if he can repeat that run, he should really win this Handicap on the same mark.
