Manchester City have won 9 of their last 10 meetings with Everton and despite last week’s slip at home to Tottenham, they are impossible to oppose. Frank Lampard has inherited a team with many issues in all areas of the pitch and last week’s poor display at Southampton will have done very little for the home fans confidence of an immediate revival. The toffees look set for another overhaul in the summer and Lampard is better judged after the window, but with current playing options, it is hard to see anything but an away win for the coupon.
